01For grant holders

A grant is a contract. We make sure it helps you raise.

Grant writers stop at the award. Audits check the money. We look after everything else you signed up to, so your grant counts in your favour when investors or your next funder look at you.

  • Project health check. Your project checked against its grant terms and exploitation plan, with fixes ranked by risk. Report in five working days.
    £950
  • Change request. Scope, partner, budget or timeline changes written up so the funder can approve them first time.
    £750
  • Investor disclosure pack. What your grant still requires of you after investment, set out the way an investor's lawyers will want to see it.
    From £1,250
  • Close-out and next funding. Final reporting, and a plan for what funds you next.

If your next step is an Innovation Loan or an investor-partnered grant, we can prepare that application too.

02For investors and corporates

Companies checked before they reach you.

A funding database will give your team a list of names. It won't show when a company will need money, or what its public funding still requires of it. That is the part we do.

Every profile separates the public record from what we have learned from the company or its university. Nothing from a conversation is passed on without permission.

Built for teams backing industrial and deep technology, in funds and in corporates.

03For public funders

When the money arrives before the team does.

Strategic authorities and councils are taking on multi-year settlements with outcomes attached, often before the people to deliver them are in post. We fill that gap. Because we also work with investors, we can bring private money in behind the companies you fund.

  • Panel-ready appraisals. Each application assessed for eligibility, viability, deliverability and risk, with a recommendation your panel can act on.
Fixed priceper application, scaled to grant size
  • Delivery checks. Whether a funded project is doing what it signed up to, and what that means for your outcomes reporting.
    Quoted
  • Programme cover. An experienced programme lead, part time or for a fixed term, while you recruit. Contracted direct, with no agency fee.
    Quoted
  • Private co-investment. Introductions between the companies you fund and investors already looking for them.
    No chargeto funders

Ask us for a trial appraisal. We'll agree terms and data handling with you first, then return a panel-ready appraisal within ten working days.

04What we look at

What we read before we recommend anything.

A pitch deck shows what a company wants you to see. The public record and a direct conversation show the rest.

  1. 01Funding terms, and what they still require after investment
  2. 02Who owns the IP, and where it came from
  3. 03Public contracts and paying customers
  4. 04Signs that a company will need money soon

05Commitments

What you can hold us to.

  1. 01

    Every claim has a source.

Each point in a profile shows where it came from and when, so your own team can check it.

  2. 02

Conflicts go on the table first.

If we know both sides of a deal, investor and company hear it from us before any introduction.

  3. 03

Four good names beat twenty weak ones.

A short list we can defend is worth more to you than a long one we can't.

  4. 04

    You hear the no first.

If a company isn't ready or a project is off track, we tell you before anyone else does.
